This photo is called "Oceanview Sunset" taken by Angela O'Connell. She said, "this photo was taken on my and my husband's first trip to Pictou Island, NS. It was such a beautiful evening to watch the sun go down and what a beautiful place to see and watch AND photograph that happening!"
This photo is called "Heart of Paris" and was taken by Thom Smith. He said, "This was shot during a trip to Paris in 2016. A bird flies silently over the Eiffel Tower, boats drift along the Seine. This is the heart of Paris.
This photo is called "Darkness+Fire=Hell" and was taken by Dany. He said "Due to a lack of knowledge, people of my country destroy the environment, by the way, they destroy the future and the next generation, they dig their own graves. In this picture I show how people pollute the environment, and there is no one to stop this practice."

This photo is called "THE LONELY COMMUTER - HYHE PIER" and was taken by Jamie Percy. She said, "I've chosen one of my proudest pieces for World Photo Day. I created this long expo "the lonely commuter" for a college project using my 18-50mm lens, remote shutter on 10 second delay, f10 with SS 13, ISO 200 and me as the model! This image brings back those emotions felt on that long and lonely walk in those cold, dark early winter mornings. It has personal meaning and I'm please to say now hangs in the gallery at Southampton City College."

This photo is called "MONT BLANC" and was taken by Alberto Rubio. He said, "The most highest mountain in Europe. The eternal white mountain between 3 countries: France, Italy and Switzerland. The Mont Blanc. Dreams of alpinist to climb it."
This photo is called "THE ANDES" and was taken by Efren Vargas. He said "This picture shows the diversity of my country. In Ecuador you can be at coast and 3 hours later in the mountains. The picture was taken in the Cuenca - Molleturo Road, which is full of these landscapes, with a wonderfull weather."
